FAQ

  1. When will I receive the first issue of my publications?

    You will receive the first issue of your chosen products within 24 hours of signing up. Your next issue will be received the following Monday morning for Managers Mentor, Tuesday morning for Collaborate Professional, and Friday morning for Wellbeing.

  2. When will the payments be deducted from my account?

    If you are on fortnightly or monthly direct debit, your first payment will be deducted a week after you sign up and enter your payment details, which will be payment for the following week of service. Subsequent payments will be either fortnightly or monthly depending on the plan chosen.

  3. How will I receive the first issue free?

    For fortnightly and monthly direct debit customers, you’re service commences immediately but your payment is delayed a week to give you your first week free of charge. For paid subscription customers, your free issue is incorporated into the price and you will only be charged for the paid weeks in your 6 or 12 month subscription.

  4. Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes you can cancel at any time, and a refund will be issued for the remainder of your paid service within 2 business days. For example if you have paid by direct debit for a month and cancel after two weeks, the remaining two weeks of service will be refunded. If you have paid for a 6 month subscription and decide to cancel 3 months in, the remaining 3 months will be refunded.

  5. What exactly do I get for my money?

    The weekly publications (Managers Mentor, Collaborate Professional and Your Wellbeing) will be delivered to staff inbox’s weekly. This is the central product and the core product is designed to deliver its objectives within a 15 minute timeframe for Managers Mentor and Collaborate Professional and 10 minutes for Wellbeing. The publication is multi-media and will contain a variety of media accessible through links or downloads directly from the main publication. Every week is different and designed to meet a component of the deliverables.

  6. How much does it cost?

    Collaborate Professional costs $37 a fortnight (for 2 issues going to up to 120 employees), Managers Mentor costs $45 a fortnight (for 2 issues going to up to 6 Managers) and Your Wellbeing costs $ (for 2 issues going to up to 120 employees). The first issue on all plans is free of charge as our gift to you. Monthly direct debit, 6 months paid subscription and 12 months paid subsciption are based on these costs, calculated out for the period. Please refer to the Pricing table in the Pricing page for prices for each available option.

  7. What is required of our Employees?

    Our publications require 15 minutes of your employee’s time (for Managers Mentor and Collaborate Profesisonal, and 10 minutes for Wellbeing). There are shortcuts built in for those with less time or prior experience and competency, and additional resources for those that value or
    seek additional resources and tools. Each publication is designed to deliver advanced learning in a format that is highly enjoyable and entertaining, and not at like many traditional learning methods. Like other existing learning and development methods however, it requires the time to immerse in the material, and is greatly enhanced if there is a desire to grow knowledge and abilities and utilise the opportunities offered.

  8. What is required of our Organisation?

    With all initiatives involving affirmative action or change, of which learning and development is one, the support of the organisation has a large effect. When an organisation demonstrates that they support their employees to better themselves, give opportunities for development and evolve over time, business outcomes increase along with motivation, morale, trust, loyalty and commitment.

  9. Over what period are benefits received?

The content has been structures to obtain increasing benefits incrementally in the best way known, which is progressively over time as knowledge and experience grows.

  10. How can I extrapolate results?

    Yes, in all issues we include reference and links to additional resources that employees can utilise to enhance their tools and understanding. We will shortly have a variety of additional resources and an opportunity for social learning becoming available to extend learnings. Placing a focus on the weeks topic, personal research, seeking practice, developing your own insights and incorporating the learnings into everyday practice are some of the ways that benefits can be ingrained. Some companies choose to discuss, have team sessions and extend on the material themselves to further concentrate outcomes.

  11. Can this replace formal professional development or management training?

    Decisions on available options need to be considered on their own merit. Our publications are designed to upskill employees in a practical and usable way, and expand capabilities. Some of our content may be found in formal courses, although there is usually not a large overlap, and it can be used as an adjunct to formal qualifications, particularly where it is felt that not enough practical and usable skills are being developed. Primarily, we operate independently of formal qualifications.

  12. If I choose to cancel or end the service, what do I do?
    You logon to the client portal and cancel your service or place your service on hold from there. Alternatively you can contact us, send a request through in writing for confirmation, and we will cancel or place your service on hold going forward.
